Pipe Creek Christmas Tree Farm
On Bandera Rd (Hwy 16 N), 23 miles outside Loop 1604, at Hwy 16 and Phil's Road in Pipe Creek.
- Choose and cut in the field for about $15 a foot: Afghan pine, Leyland cypress and Arizona cypress.
- Pre-cut Fraser fir starts at $95.
- Living trees in 15-gallon pots are $179.
- The farm takes cash, checks and major cards.
Devine Acres Farm
Christmas CountryFest runs Black Friday and weekends, Nov. 27 to Dec. 20, 2026, in Devine.
- Admission is $11.95 (limited-time sale) or $24.95, plus tax and fees. Ages 2 and under are free.
- Each ticket comes with a $10 tree credit, up to $50 per household.
- Cut your own Leyland or Arizona cypress for $18 to $30 a foot plus tax, depending on the tree. Pre-cut Fraser fir is sold too.
- The cutting fields are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last entry at 5) and close at dark.
- Trees are sold while supplies last, so go early in the season.
- Your ticket includes a Santa visit: Fri. and Sat. 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Phone photos are free.
Seiler's Christmas Tree Farm (Seguin)
At 4092 Jakes Colony Rd. in Seguin, about 45 minutes east of San Antonio.

- Kinds: Virginia pine, loblolly pine and Leyland cypress.
- No dogs and no smoking.
Farms near Elgin
Both farms are in Elgin, east of Austin. That's a long drive from San Antonio, so plan a full day.

- Evergreen Farms Opens Fri., Nov. 27, 2026. Hours: Black Friday and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sundays 1 to 5 p.m., weekdays 3 to 5 p.m. Saws are provided; bring your own measuring tool. Tips for cutting your own tree with kids
A few things that make the trip easier.
- Go early in the season. Devine Acres sells cut-your-own trees while supplies last.
- Measure your ceiling first. Evergreen Farms asks you to bring your own measuring tool.
- Call before you go. Opening days and hours can change.
- Leave the dog at home if you're going to Seiler's. Dogs aren't allowed.
- The farms here grow pine and cypress. Fir trees are sold pre-cut.
