Stretch, wiggle, and explore the joy of movement! Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly yoga session led by a professional yoga instructor. Children will practice playful poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques while building balance, flexibility, and confidence. Ages 4-8. No yoga experience necessary!
