Carnaval de Los Muertos fills Elmendorf Lake Park on Nov. 2. Hosts URBAN-15 and Westside Stories Magazine plan a lake lantern release near 6:30 p.m. and a glowing costume parade near 7:30 p.m. Expect music, vendors, and dancers with lighted banners. The park evening runs roughly 6 to 8:30 p.m. Dress warm and follow staff rules for lanterns.
